খুব সাহস ভালো না।, Not very brave.

                    ট্রাক ড্রাইভার:-

ঘটনাটি এক ট্রাক ড্রাইভারের। সে একবার ঢাকা থেকে গাড়ি নিয়ে চট্টগ্রাম আসছিল । চট্টগ্রাম এর কাছাকাছি সীতাকুণ্ড নামক এলাকায় আসতে আসতে রাত ১১/১২ বেজে যায়, তার সাথে তার হেল্পার ছিল । এর মধ্যে সে একটি চা এর দোকান দেখে সেখানে চা খেতে নামে । চা খাওয়ার এক পর্যায়ে সে (ড্রাইভার) বলে যেতার একটু টয়লেটে যেতে হবে।

তখন সে চা দোকানদার কে জিজ্ঞেস করে আশেপাশে কোথাও টয়লেট আছে কি না।দোকানদার তার দোকানের পিছনে দেখিয়ে বলে যে একটু ভেতরে একটি পুরান টয়লেট আছে। তারা ওটাই ব্যাবহার করে। তবে সে ওই ড্রাইভার কে সাথে কেউ একজনকে নিয়ে যেতে বলল । বলে রাখা ভাল’, টয়লেট টা যেখানে ছিল সে জায়গাটা একটু জঙ্গল টাইপের ছিল ।

চা এর দোকানে কয়েকজন লোক ছিল তাই সে (ড্রাইভার)একটু সাহস দেখিয়ে বলল কাউকে লাগবে না সেএকাই যেতে পারবে । তো লোকটি জঙ্গলের ভিতরে গেলো এবং টয়লেট খুঁজতে লাগলো। কিছুক্ষণ খোঁজার পর যখন পেলনা , আর দেখল যেজঙ্গলে কেউ নেই তখন সে একটি গাছেরআড়ালে বসে পড়লো । তার প্রয়োজন শেষ হওয়ার পর সে যখন দোকানের দিকে আসছে , তখন সে হটাৎকরে দেখতে পেল একটা জায়গায় দুটি ছোট মেয়ে বসে বসে কি যেন করছে।

সে একটু ভয়পেয়ে যায় এটা দেখে । কিন্তু তারপরও সে মেয়ে দুটির কাছে যায় আর বলে ‘‘এই তোমরা এত রাতে এখানে কি কর’’ এই কথা বলার কিছুক্ষণ পর মেয়ে দুটি একসাথে তার দিকে তাকায় এবং তার (ড্রাইভার)মতে সে দেখল যে মেয়ে দুটির মুখমণ্ডল একদম ফ্যাঁকাসে আর তাদের চোখ গুলোছিল অস্বাভাবিকভাবে বড় এবং মুখে ছোপ ছোপ রক্ত লেগে আছেযেন তারা কিছু একটা এতক্ষন খাচ্ছিল!! এই দৃশ্য দেখার পর সেআর এক মুহূর্ত দেরি না করে চিৎকার দিয়ে দৌড়াতে আরম্ভ করে ।

সে প্রানপনেদৌড়ে যাচ্ছে কিন্তু তার কাছে মনে হচ্ছিলো যেন সে একই জায়গায় বৃত্তাকারে দৌড়ে যাচ্ছে । কিছুক্ষন পর সে এবং দিক ঠিক করার জন্য আশেপাশে তাকায় । হটাৎ সে দেখল যে সেই মেয়েদুটি তার দিকে দৌড়ে দৌড়ে আসছে তাদের মুখে এখনো রক্ত মাখা, সে দৌড়াতে আর চিৎকার করতে থাকে কিন্তু সে কিছুক্ষন পরে অনুভব করে কে যেন তার পা আগলে ধরেছে! তাকিয়ে দেখে যে, তাকে ওই মেয়ে দুটো তাকে ধরে ফেলেছে! সে আর নিজেকে ঠিক রাখতে পারল না ।

অতিরিক্ত ভয়ের কারনে অজ্ঞান হয়ে পরে যায় । সে যখন চোখ খুলে তখন সে নিজেকে আবিষ্কার করে চায়ের দোকানটাতে বেঞ্চিতে শোয়া অবস্থায় । এবং তার চারপাশে কিছু মানুষ তাকে দেখছে । সে একটু সুস্থ হয় এবং উঠে বসে । তারপর তার হেল্পার তাকে কি হয়েছে জিজ্ঞেস করে কি হয়েছে সে সব ঘটনা খুলে বলে ।

সব শুনে তার হেল্পার এবং দোকানদার বলে যে তুমি যাওয়ার অনেকক্ষণ পরও যখন দেখলাম তুমি আসছ না তখন ভাবলাম যে তোমার চাপ হয়তো বেশী তাই দেরি হচ্ছে । কিন্তু কিছুক্ষন পর শুনলাম কে যেন জঙ্গলের ভেতর দৌরাচ্ছে । তো কিছুক্ষন পর আমরা কয়েকজন ভেতরে যাই এবং তোমাকে টয়লেট হতে অনেক দূরে পরে থাকা অবস্তায় পাই ।

কিন্তু তোমার চিৎকারের আওয়াজ আমরা কেউ শুনিনি ।সব শোনার পর দোকানদার বলে যে এই জন্য আমি তোমাকে সাথে করে কাউকে নিয়ে কিন্তু তুমি শুননি । এখানে অনেকে অনেক কিছু দেখে আমরা দিনের বেলাই ওখানে যেতে ভয় পাই আর তুমি রাতেরবেলা ওখানে গেছো ।

তারপর একসময় সকাল হয় তারা ওই দোকানেই বসে থাকে সকাল হওয়ার পর তারা জঙ্গলের ভেতর ওই জায়গাটাতে যায় যেখানে সে (ড্রাইভার) দেখেছিল মেয়ে দুটি কে, তারা সেখানে যাওয়ার পর তারা দেখে যে সেখানে একটি আধা খন্ড বিচ্ছিন্ন বিড়ালের মত কিছু একটা পরে আছে । তারপর তারা গাড়ি নিয়ে সে স্থান ত্যাগ করে ।

                  Truck driver:-

 The incident happened to a truck driver. He was once coming to Chittagong by car from Dhaka. It was 11/12 pm when he came to Sitakunda near Chittagong and he had a helper with him. In the meantime he saw a tea shop and went there to have tea. At one point after drinking tea, he (the driver) says he has to go to the toilet.

 He then asks the tea shopkeeper if there are any toilets nearby. The shopkeeper points to the back of his shop and says that there is an old toilet inside. That's what they use. However, he asked the driver to take someone with him. It's better to say that the place where the toilet was was a bit jungle type.

 There were a few people in the tea shop so he (the driver) showed a little courage and said no one needs to go alone. So the man went into the forest and started looking for the toilet. After searching for a while, when he did not find anyone, and saw that there was no one in the forest, he sat down behind a tree. When he came to the shop after his need was over, he suddenly saw two little girls sitting in one place and doing something.

 She gets a little scared when she sees it. But even then he goes to the two girls and says, "What are you doing here so late at night?" They are big and have blood on their faces as if they have been eating something for so long !! After watching this scene, SR started running screaming without a moment's delay.

 He was running wildly but it seemed to him that he was running in a circle in the same place. After a while he looked around to fix the direction. Suddenly he saw the two girls running towards him with blood still on their faces, he kept running and screaming but after a while he felt as if someone had grabbed his leg! He looked and saw that the two girls had caught him! He couldn't keep himself right anymore.

 Excessive fear leads to unconsciousness later on. When he opens his eyes, he finds himself lying on a bench in a tea shop. And some people around him are watching him. She recovers a little and gets up. Her helper then asks her what happened and she reveals all the facts.

 After hearing all this, his helper and shopkeeper said that even after a long time of leaving, when I saw that you were not coming, I thought that your stress may be too much so it is getting late. But after a while I heard someone running in the jungle. So after a while a few of us go inside and find you far away from the toilet.

 But no one heard your screams. After hearing all this, the shopkeeper said that for this I took someone with you but you did not hear. Seeing so many things here, we are afraid to go there during the day and you go there at night.

 Then one morning they sit in the same shop. After the morning they go to the place in the forest where he (the driver) saw the two girls. When they go there, they see that there is something like a half-separated cat. Then they took the car and left the place.
